The Intercontinental Hotel and Crowne Plaza Hotel stand tall on Dubai Creek and are ideally located for business close to Dubai International Airport. The conference is taking place at the Events Center that is equally distanced from the lobbies of both hotels.

Note: The above rates are inclusive of bed, breakfast, municipality fees, tourism dirham and service fees. Upon selling out of all the rooms the above rates are subject to change based on a higher category of rooms. All prices exclude the 5% VAT. Lodging rates are subject to change based on availability wherein an increment of USD 50-200 is expected on the following dates:
Tier 1 Expiry: Until November 1, 2024
Tier 2 Expiry: Until December 1, 2024

- Any rooms required before or after the dates of event will be charged at a rate subject to availability
- Higher category rooms will be provided at a rate subject to availability
- All accounted for hotel bookings need to be given to the organizer by November 10, 2024 whereas additional rooms required would be subject to availability and subject to a new rate.
- Hotel bookings have a check-in policy at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. If your delegates are to check out by 8 PM a half day extra charge will apply. If your delegates will check out after 8 PM a full day charge will apply. All payment for rooms must be completed before the congress by December 10, 2024 and not after (no credit facility will be provided through the organizer).
- The minimum guaranteed room nights per delegate is 2 nights
- It is not allowed for delegates to be accommodated through third-party agents including travel agents without the PCO’s notice
- Late check outs are not guaranteed by the organizer but will be requested to the hotel, any late check out after 12 PM is chargeable at a half-day rate up to 8 PM and full day rate onwards.
- Early check ins are not guaranteed by the organizer but will be requested to the hotel, any early check in before 12 PM is chargeable at a half-day rate from 7 AM and full day rate prior.
- Cancellations at no cost are possible only 60 days only prior to the event.
- Changes to the rooming list are only possible without cancellation up till 5 days prior to the event whereas changes requested thereafter will not be accepted due to hotel booking policies.
- No-shows are non-refundable but can be exchanged with another name up to 5 days prior to the first check-in
